There's a version of you that doesn't have to hide, brace, perform, or hold it all alone.
Let's figure this out togetherMaybe you're the one who holds everyone together, and you're quietly worn out from it.
Maybe you've read the books, done the therapy, and you can explain exactly why you are the way you are, and something underneath still hasn't shifted.
Maybe you just carry a quiet sense that you're somehow too much for people, or not quite enough.
Wherever you're landing today, you're welcome here, exactly as you are. The fact that you're even looking says something hopeful about you. That's awareness, and it's where this kind of change begins.
I'm endlessly curious about people. How we're built, why we do what we do, and how we heal. My own life is what pulled me into this work, so I won't sit across from you like a distant expert. I come alongside you, and we get curious together about what you're feeling and where it learned to live in you.
So much of what you carry made sense once. The ways you learned to stay easy, to stay useful, to stay needed, they kept you safe when you needed safety. They're just heavier to hold now, and you don't have to keep carrying them by yourself.
In this work, I walk alongside you. I engage deeply with you to help you understand yourself and move through whatever challenges you are facing, building steadiness from the inside out.
These four are where I go deepest.
When it wasn't one moment. It was years of them.
Nothing happened. That was the thing that happened.
Leaving, staying, or somewhere in between.
The bracing, and the flatness that follows it.
You've caught yourself thinking
I'm not enough. I'm too much. I'm unlovable. Nobody could really handle me.
You're the one everyone leans on, and lately you're running on empty. You love your parents, and you're also quietly angry that they need you now in ways they were never there for you then. You can trace every pattern back to where it started, and it still feels stuck inside you.
Or maybe your body is changing, perimenopause, menopause, and the old ways of holding it all together just stop working. It can feel like coming apart.
If any of this lands, you're in the right place. None of it means something is wrong with you. It means you learned how to survive, and there's room now to do more than survive.
Staying close to the people you love without bracing for them to leave. Feeling what you feel without it running the show.
Knowing your own worth without needing someone else to hand it to you first. Not the you that keeps everyone comfortable, but the you that is steady, and fully your own.
